Returns + Exchanges
Only non-personalized items may be exchanged.
If you are unhappy with your items, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your item. If within 48 hours of delivery, and at the sole discretion of Erika Jack Stationnaire, LLC, reasonable requests for revision will be considered. Non-personalized items are accepted within 7 business days from purchase date. Product must be returned in unopened condition for a full refund. Any used or altered merchandise will not be accepted. Once product is received, we will refund the order, less the shipping cost originally paid.
The customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to the studio.
We do not offer refunds for any products that contain proprietary information or digital content which is made available immediately upon purchase. Exchanges due to purchaser error will be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a re-stocking fee of 25% plus shipping for the return and replacement item.
Custom work or personalized orders:
Due to the bespoke quality of all our work, we do not offer refunds on any orders.
