A Charlottesville, Virginia-based graphic designer whose work has been featured in Southern Living and Southern Weddings, Erika’s journey began some twelve hundred miles away at UNL, where she majored in interior design with a minor in graphic design.
Erika worked in high-end residential interior design before she moved to Charlottesville, where she accepted a position at a local home store that’s a favorite among national shelter magazines. It was there, at the owner’s behest, that she began dabbling again in graphic design—starting with wedding and event invitations and personal stationery—and quickly she became hooked. She soon evolved into logo work and branding, and with that, Jack Creative was born.
In addition to Southern Living and Southern Weddings, Erika’s work has been featured in Brides, The Knot, Style Me Pretty, Victoria magazine, and countless other blogs and publications. Erika follows a bespoke philosophy, creating custom-made items that are tailored to her clients’ individual styles and using only the finest papers and print methods.
